Description

This project aims to develop a functional signature associated with patient response to CAR T cell therapy in relapsed/refractory large B cell lymphoma (r/rLBCL). Using Time-lapse Imaging Microscopy In Nanowell Grids (TIMING™), the study will profile post-infusion CAR-T cells to identify early predictors of treatment response, facilitating better treatment planning and response assessment.
