Description
Contract for provision of year-round emergency shelter housing services between County of Orange and Grandmas House of Hope. Initial contract effective July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, with an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,650,000. Amendment No. 1 renews the contract for two additional years from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027, with an additional aggregate amount not to exceed $1,100,000, for a revised cumulative total aggregate amount not to exceed $2,750,000. The contract is administered by the County of Orange Health Care Agency.
