Description

City of Bellingham 20B-2026 Water Treatment Plant Filter Improvements-RFP. The City of Bellingham is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from engineering firms interested in providing professional design services to the Engineering Division of the Public Works Department for the WTP Filter Improvements. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this RFQ by submitting their qualifications relating to this category of work. All prospective consultants are advised any federally funded project work will be held to federal EEO requirements. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The Purchasing Office must receive the electronic bids proposals through the City Bid portal no later than 11:00 AM on May 5, 2026. The City reserves the right to postpone making the award, reject all submittals or parts of submittals as may be in the best interest of the City. The City will ensure disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.
