Labor: $1,300.00, Chemicals & Cleaning Solutions: $275.00, Equipment Usage: $225.00, Travel & Setup: $150.00, Overhead & Safety: $548.00. Total Cost of Purchase: $2,498.00. To be paid upon completion of services, DEP acceptance, and receipt of itemized invoice. Partial payments allowed. In the event that services rendered are not deemed satisfactory, the Contractor shall re-perform the work needed to ensure satisfactory service, at no additional cost to the Department. Failure to provide all services, or failure to provide services which are satisfactory, shall result in non-payment or termination of the Contract.
