ESTIMATE # 18826 NEW CANOPY-NON-ELECTRICAL: Design & fabricate from staple-in system 1" x 1" mill finished tubing, cut & weld the tubing, the welded portions are to be painted w/silver rustoleum paint; frame to be covered w/regular sunbrella fabric, color Black; zip strips to cover the staples, letters/graphics to read: "Connetquot Elementary School" are to be painted. Transport awning to site & install per approved shop renderings over all dimensions. WARRANTIES: Fabric 5 years from Sunbrella for fading, aluminum tubing 5 years & labor 1 year from date of installation; INSTALLATION: Installation of above signage. Dispatch crew w/truck to site to install one (1) new canopy with two (2) new posts in front of the canopy. TERMS: *Prevailing Wage *Regular Hours *All shop drawings are to be signed & approved prior to fabrication *Lead fabrication time of +/- , 4 to 6 weeks after we receive the approved shop drawings. *Terms: NET 30 after completion. *Vallesigns & Awnings is not responsible for any permits or approval *All work is to be done on the same single trip. If multiple trips are requested, they will be billed accordingly. Due to current extreme volatility surrounding material pricing & supplies, pricing on all proposals muyst be reconfirmed if approved after 7 days. Sidewalk permit is not included on this proposal, if required, there will be an additional cost. Vallesigns is not responsible for existing violations at this site. The client will be responsible for paying the fees.; *A $25 graphic design fee may be charged after 3rd revised rendering which will be credited toward your final invoice. *Vallesigns is not responsible for setting timers or connecting timers to electrical connections.
