Description
This project addresses a rapidly increasing and impactful health condition, immune checkpoint inhibitor-induced inflammatory arthritis. The study aims to better understand the heterogeneity within this condition and evaluate the efficacy of immunosuppressive treatments. It will utilize the first prospective USA multicenter cohort of rheumatic irAEs, the RADIOS cohort, to study clinical features, tissue involvement via ultrasound, cytokine biomarkers, and predictive modeling for clinical outcomes.
