Description

The project involves modernizing the existing CeCe App from a rule-based chatbot to an AI-informed conversational agent, enhancing scalability, personalization, and trust. The research includes feedback solicitation, AI content expansion, and usability testing to increase accessibility, adherence, and quality of life for Black women with OAB.
