Description
An orphan well in Loving County is actively leaking hydrocarbons and produced water to the surface from a valve. The affected area measures approximately 25 feet by 16 feet and the flow rate is unknown. Requesting emergency PA funds to have the vendor contain and haul fluids and attempt to repair the well. The district office in Midland contacted three (3) vendors that could provide the services and selected the vendor that could respond immediately and was the best value for the State of Texas.
