BASE BID - - Maddox Electric scope of work is based on the following Inclusions, Exclusions and Clarifications. Our base proposal includes all necessary labor and materials to complete the electrical work as Follows. Inclusions: 1. Set up manhole gear, Pump out 6 vaults. 2. Demo the existing 5kv cable max 900? 3. Furnish and install 900? x 3 - 1/0 5kv MV class B cable through 6 Vaults and 1 pull box. 4. Terminate new cable at gear with live and terms at each side. 5. #1 Ground to be pulled with cable 6. Fire Tape cable at each pull box and manhole 7. Supply and install 1 ? 9R 5kv fuse per #2 Adder if added to the proposal 8. Furnish and turn over 3 ? spare 9R 5kv fuses per #2 Adder if added to the proposal 9. Vacuum and Cleanup components in the cabinet covered in Plasticizer 10. Cable Testing for the new 900? Run Exclusions: 1. Permit / permit fees 2. replacement of any components or hardware in the cabinet 3. patch and painting, 4. Sign & Sealed Engineered drawings. 5. Any repairs to existing inoperable equipment, and systems that do not comply with Electrical codes, regulations, or specifications. Clarifications: 1. Price based on all work being performed on 1 st , straight time. No holiday or overtime pay included. 2. Electrical trash removal to an owner provided dumpster. 3.
