Description

This study is designed to test new approaches to supporting long-term behavior change in individuals with overweight/obesity. It tests whether using coaches, program peers, or family/friends as sources of support and accountability can improve long-term weight loss through a 24-month lifestyle modification program involving digital self-monitoring tools and various data sharing partnerships.
