Description
The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to obtain a Virginia pesticide licensed and insured, herbicide applicator to treat non-native invasive plants through herbicide and mechanical control. See attached maps for geography. Work may take place on private or public land at the direction of the Virginia Department of Forestry (DOF) Program Administrator and DOF Area staff.
