Fascia Board Replacement on rear right side rake, right upper eave, rear porch fascia, and cut rake fascia ends.; Wrap all fascia with aluminum brake metal, Includes wrapping front porch beam.; Install Aluminum Soffit. This includes adding soffit to carport.; Reside entire back porch area with LP Smartside similar profile to house. This does include all corners, trim, and house wrap. Add 4/4 LP boards at base of house siding with Z Flashing.; Wood shake siding complete replacement with LP shake siding.; Paint house body, window trims, door trims, and foundation with Sherwin Williams super paint or equivalent - 2 coats.; Stain both decks. This includes back deck with stain suitable for newly treated wood. We are unable to provide grip stain for front deck but we can add grip strips if requested. Included is staining carport.; Remove and replace back deck with 4x4 deck with steps. Add riser boards to front deck. Includes all permits needing pulled for back deck build.; Remove and replace gutters/downspouts with 5" Seamless Gutters and 3x4 sized downspouts with hinged extensions.
