Description
Lincoln Electric System is requesting bids to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and material to construct access drive as per LES Specification for L8589 Access Drive included in this solicitation. Successful bidder will be required to complete the LES Construction and Installation Contract; furnish proof of insurance with coverage specified in the Contract by an insurance company licensed to do business in Nebraska and rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating. Certificate must show LES listed as additional insured for general liability and include waiver of subrogation; furnish a performance and labor and material payment bond from a surety licensed to do business in Nebraska and also rated at least B+ in A.M. Bests Rating; return a completed copy of the Equal Employment Opportunity Compliance Request Form.
