Description
The City of Greenville awarded a contract for design/build services for improvements to an area within Cleveland Park located along Cleveland Park Drive between the two existing parking lots. The project includes demolition of shelters, walkways, playground equipment; construction of new shelters, sidewalks, pathways, stormwater management, and installation of new playground equipment with surfacing concrete base. The scope includes demolition, grading, drainage, irrigation, erosion control, clearing, asphalt paving, concrete work, new construction, and site lighting.
