Strategic Outreach and Engagement Services Supporting Racial Equity Framework Implementation in Los Angeles County

The Los Angeles County Chief Executive Office awarded a purchase order to JADE STRATEGY CONSULTANTS to organize, implement, and staff strategic outreach and engagement activities supporting the implementation of a racial equity framework focused on Black People Experiencing Homelessness (BPEH), Latinx Experiencing Homelessness (LEH), and American Indian/Alaskan Native People Experiencing Homelessness (AIAN) across Los Angeles County. The contract includes delivering an events plan calendar with targeted community activities, staffing at least 20 community events, an engagement implementation plan, and organizing and staffing a minimum of 30 community events. Additionally, the vendor is tasked with identifying and conducting outreach to community stakeholders, municipalities, and Indigenous peoples and tribal nations, implementing at least 30 outreach strategies aligned with the racial equity framework and homeless section initiatives.
