Description

Three bid packets were received and evaluated based on content, merit, minimum requirements, and cost-price analysis. Two existing vendors exercised the option to continue their contract through March 31, 2027 at the same terms and conditions. Contracts were awarded to Bidder 1 and Bidder 2 after Bidder 3 withdrew.
