Research grant to study the genetic and molecular mechanisms of SRSF2 mutations in myelodysplasia and develop targeted immunotherapies.
Description
This project aims to understand how SRSF2 mutations alter splicing and discover mutant SRSF2-induced neoantigens and T cells in MDS patients. The research involves developing synthetic introns to drive mutation-specific gene expression and developing immunotherapeutic approaches targeting neoantigens presented by MHC class I molecules.
