We hereby propose to furnish materials and labor necessary for the completion of: Room 3-fix the blinds.; Room 5- Fix the hooks in the cabinet. Install wall corner protections where needed. Fix the chain for the shade. Repair the hole on the floor in the bathroom; Room # 6 - Fix the closet door knob. Fix the chain for the shade. Fix the hooks in the cabinets. Seal the crack in the bathroom floor. Fix the toilet flashing.; Room # 8 - Scrape and remove the old caulking on the countertop. Recaulk the countertop area and the sink. Install a new doorknob. Install corner protection for the children. Sand the bench, stain it and two coats of polyurathaine. Glue the cushion on top.; Room # 9 - Install corner protection for the children. Fix the front door gate. Repair the chair. Fix the leaking toilet. Replace the door stoper. Fix the radiator knob.; Room # 12 - Replace the 2x4 ceiling light. Replace ceiling tiles where needed.; Room 2B - Glue all the wheels on the cribs. Install a retractable baby gate.
