Description
This project aims to develop novel statistical methods for data integration across disparate datasets to address challenges in genetic epidemiology, including frameworks for building generalized linear models using detailed covariate data and summary statistics, extending models to high-dimensional covariates, and applications to various diseases. User-friendly software will be developed and freely distributed.
