Description

This Technical Assistance Program Agreement is to be provided by ULI to address the following questions: Do each of the proposed districts fit the requirements of the Main Street District Program and do any of the existing community organizations have the capacity to oversee and manage a Main Street District? If so, what are the recommended boundaries for each area? What are the key elements for successful activation for each of the proposed Main Street Districts, including timing? Should the county launch its Main Street District program coordinating with the State of Florida or with the National Main Street Association, which holds the best advantages? A presentation to Orange County at the end of the TAP to summarize the preliminary recommendations on February 21, 2025.
