Base SLA SLA with reduced rates, committed response times, and assigned PM/Lead Engineer. SLA date range: 10/01/2025 - 09/30/2026 DEPT CONTRACT: ZACHARY ASBURY, 407.836.6034; Upgrades Vulnerabilities - Checks Veytec will provide major Cisco Call Manager upgrades (on existing servers), as required by the system Veytec remediates any major security vulnerabilities and provides server patching to Cisco Collaboration Servers. Veytec conducts bi-annual checks of the system for available recommended patches and upgrades.; Scheduled Monthly Support Remote support from a Veytec Collaboration Engineer. Scheduled support for 8 business hours each month with month-to-month rollover. Max of 10 hours accrued.; Unscheduled Support-Service Block Block of $2,700 allocated to addressing critical issues and unscheduled events. Limit unforeseen charges for duration of SI-A.
