Description
The Summer Training as Research Scholars (STaRS) at Boston University is a summer Research Education Program for outstanding undergraduate and early medical school students. The goal is to help ignite a passion for a career in biomedical research through immersion in authentic, faculty-mentored research experiences, supplemented by individualized career development planning. The program aims to help develop professional connections among scholars and to other professional scientists, with the ultimate mission of expanding the number of scholars who will choose careers in biomedical research.
