LABOR Annual Inspection and Maintenance of (4) Fulton Thermal Heaters and SteamPacs, NB#?s 7514, 7475, 7427, 7369 Scope of work -Thermal Fluid Heaters -Lockout & Tagout Heater. -Remove Burner for inspection, clean as needed. -Inspect Heater Internal Refractory. -Remove Pilot for inspection, clean as needed. -Remove Electrode for inspection, clean as needed. -Reinstall Burner with new gaskets. -Inspect Combustion Air Fan, clean as needed. -Inspect for Fluid leaks. -Inspect and test control devices (low level switch, hi/lo gas pressure switches, inlet/outlet/diff. pressure switches, temp/firing rate controls, hi limit cutoff) -Start-up and set combustion for best compliance and efficiency. -Provide basic operator training as needed. -Submit work order and combustion report to customer. Thermal Fluid DAH -Lockout & Tagout Pumps. -Inspect thermal fluid pumps for leaks. -Inspect Pump Strainers, clean as needed, reinstall with new gaskets. -Check alignment of thermal fluid pumps Adjust alignment as needed to maintain manufacturer specification. -Perform base line vibration analysis on thermal fluid pump(s). -Check torque settings on pump mount bolts -Submit work order to customer. SteamPacs -Lockout & Tagout SteamPac. -Open for inspection, clean and flush as needed, close with new gaskets. -Remove and replace gauge glass and gaskets. -Inspect level controls, clean as needed, reinstall with new gaskets. -Inspect and test control devices (low level switch, operating controls, hi limit cutoff) -Inspect DA and Surge Pump Strainers, clean as needed, reinstall with new gaskets. -Check for fluid leaks. -Submit work order to customer.
