Description
This project focuses on developing a novel dual therapeutic system for treating thrombotic occlusions, relevant to public health. It aims to develop a targeted dual therapeutic system combining a fibrin-targeting particle platform with controlled delivery of a fibrinolytic drug to restore blood flow, followed by delivery of a ROCK inhibitor to prevent fibrosis.
