Includes demolition and disposal of existing heat pumps, all ductwork supply and return for hooking to new heat pump, relocation of one heat pump from ceiling to floor mounted vertical heat pump with ductwork modification, disconnection and installation of new hose kits provided by owner, and disconnection and reconnection of all condensate lines. Excludes electrical wiring, control wiring, heat pumps, temperature controls, testing and balancing, drop-in ceiling removal and re-installation, and any lengthening of hydronic lines if new hose kits do not reach.
