Description
The Protein/Structure Core (Core 1) supports Projects 2 and 4 by developing a novel affinity purification system for high-quality STING protein production and establishing an advanced pipeline for cryo-EM structural determination. Tasks include developing a supporting film for cryo-EM grids, identifying nanobodies with strong affinity for STING, and applying recent cryo-EM advancements to achieve near-atomic resolution of the STING/antagonist complex.
