(100) Pump Performance tests with continuous 12-volt electrical load tests are $280 each.; (20) (Retest) Pump Performance tests with 12-volt continuous electrical load tests are $280 each.; (30) Pump Performance tests with continuous 12-volt electrical load tests and line voltage tests are $330 each.; (10) (Retest) Pump Performance tests with continuous 12-volt electrical load tests and line voltage tests are $330 each.; (70) Foam Proportioning Systems tests are $160 each.; (9000 FT) Ground Ladders are $2.20/ft. when tested with the Pumpers.; (30) Delays and/or stand-by time which causes time over and above the originally quoted job after personnel and equipment has arrived on site, not attributed to Mistras Group, will be invoiced at $105/hr. Partial inspections will also be billed at $105/hr. Purchase order issued for Annual Fire Pump Inspection, as per quotation 558H-2025-3-3-1 provided by Mistras Asset Protection Solution, Services Division, dated March 3, 2025. This inspection is mandated by the existing NFPA standard concerning the Inspection, Maintenance, Testing and Retirement of In-Service Fire Apparatus.
