Description
Construction of facility improvements at the Amy Yee Tennis Center including ADA parking and entrance upgrades, ADA toilet room tennis court accessibility, exterior painting, front entrance soffit replacement, tennis court egress improvements, and storm water improvements. Additive #1 includes exterior site lighting in parking lot and wall packs with demolition and disposal of old fixtures and installation of new fixtures. Additive #2 includes new metal building insulation/liner assembly mounted to the interior side of the perimeter walls (except at west elevation, soffits and fascia areas).
