Description

This project aims to understand the relationships between state policy environment, work-related stressors, and mental health of U.S. obstetrician-gynecologists (OB-GYNs), and to identify organizational factors that support their health and wellbeing. It involves a survey of 800-900 OB-GYNs, qualitative interviews with 80 OB-GYNs, and the development of organizational resources to improve mental health and work-related wellbeing in the context of changing state reproductive health policies.
