Annual Site testing for 17 Orange County owned fire drafting sites PROJECT NAME: Draft/Dry hydrants FARRELL FIRE PROTECTION SCOPE OF WORK: Conduct (3) quarterly inspections on 17 draft fire hydrants which consist of checking road conditions leading up to the draft fire hydrant, Checking the condition of the draft fire hydrant and piping (on the pipe that is visible). Checking on the road reflector. Maintaining the vegetation growth around the draft fire hydrant. Checking that caps are in place. Supply a quarterly inspection report on the results. Conducting (1) annual draft fire hydrant inspection which consist of the above quarterly items along with a flow test to assure that draft fire hydrant operates as intended. This will be accompanied with a pumper fire truck (supplied by Orange County Fire and Rescue with personnel to operate pumper). We will perform a flow test with a water gauge attached to the pumper to check GPM and residual pressure. Supply a annual inspection report on the results. Note: Any delay in time from the pumper and/ or personal failure will be an extra $175.00 per hour. Price includes: Labor only. Exclusions: Any work not listed. Any permit or fees. THE WORK NOTED ABOVE TO BE DONE FOR THE SUM OF: $10,000.00 $2,500.00 PER QUARTER WILL BE INVOICED.
