Description

This project involves detailed phenotyping of 18 embryonic lethal or sub-viable mouse lines with hypothalamic and/or pituitary malformations to expand molecular diagnoses and understand organogenesis. The study includes phenotyping mouse strains through histology, scRNA-seq, and mechanistic assays, aiming to establish genotype-phenotype relationships for candidate genes. Data will be shared via existing databases and the IMPC website, with future expansion plans.
