Description
This project aims to develop brain growth chart models using clinically-acquired brain MRI scans of youth with neurodevelopmental disorders. Leveraging advanced image processing, deep learning, and statistical modeling, the study will create a clinical radiomics reference to quantify individual brain MRI deviations from normative developmental variation. The research will integrate large-scale clinical MRI data with genetic and neuropsychiatric information to identify imaging phenotypes associated with high genetic risk and psychiatric vulnerability.
