Helicopter- Sikorsky Black Hawk S-70I Quantity: 2 Each helicopter $28,350,000.00 Milestone payment #1 30% due upon execution of this agreement- Quarter 3 2025 (fiscal year 25-26) The terms, conditions, pricing, and any other contractual matters set forth in this purchase order shall be governed solely by the provisions noted below: 1) New Helicopter Sales Agreement No. LAFD SPB42370R1 NHSA, signed by the County of Los Angeles on 15 October 2025. All other terms, conditions, or provisions whether contained in any other correspondence, prior agreements, standard forms, or attachments shall be deemed null and void and shall have no effect.
