DIESEL TANK #1 REPLACEMENT - Remove and Replace (1) 10K Tank This quote is to remove and replace (1) 10,000 gallon AST (aboveground storage tank). Provide site-specific health and safety plan. Submit installation plans and propose equipment list (EQ#) to the Florida Environmental Protection. AST Removal Don Wood, Inc. will notify the FDEP of the existing tanks removal as required. Disconnect the fuel piping at the tanks and drain them. Remaining fuel in the tanks and the interior will be triple rinsed. The liquids will be transported to a certified/licensed disposal facility. The tank will be lifted from its location and loaded for transport. The tank will be decommissioned and then disposed of at a certified/licensed disposal facility. Manifests for the liquid and tank disposals will be provided to the customer for transfer of liabilities. AST Installation Furnish and install double-wall fuel storage tank. Provide equipment to off-load and set the tank. Perform pre-installation testing as required by the FDEP Anchor AST to concrete pad. Re-install grounding cable. Provide and install safety decals.
