Description

The State of California has established a Community Care Expansion (CCE) program to promote the sustainability of residential adult and senior care facilities and to address historic gaps in the long-term care continuum. Funding is available through the State’s CCE Preservation Fund to preserve and avoid the closure of licensed residential adult and senior care facilities serving applicants or recipients of SSI/SSP or CAPI, including those at risk of homelessness. The funds are divided into Operating Subsidy Payments for existing facilities and Capital Projects funds for critical repairs or upgrades.
