It involves widening 35th Ave SE to three lanes between 197th St. SE and 180th St. SE, four lanes between Jewell Rd. and 197th St. SE with bike lanes, curb, gutter, sidewalk, and planter strips. Work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, storm drainage, detention vault, retaining walls, paving, channelization, ADA ramps, traffic signals, traffic control, construction of approximately 3,000 feet of 24 inch ductile iron water main and appurtenances, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans and Specifications.
