Description

This is a service-user informed mixed-methods study of the implementation and impacts of the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) program in New York State. CCBHCs are comprehensive outpatient behavioral health clinics originally authorized by Congress in 2014 through a federal demonstration project. The study assesses implementation, investigates service user perspectives, and examines Medicaid claims data to evaluate impacts on mental health service utilization and quality of care.
