Description
This project aims to identify behavioral and psychosocial pathways through which food insecurity contributes to weight change during pregnancy and postpartum, informing future intervention development to promote perinatal and intergenerational health. It involves community-engaged research and ecological momentary assessment to study relationships among food insecurity, appetitive drives, psychosocial distress, disinhibited eating, and weight change.
