Description

The project aims to inform research and clinical practice by advancing understanding of the neural organization of language and developing a framework for MRI-based language localization. Using a structure–function prediction framework, the study will provide insights into language computations in cortical areas and support the existence of specialized neural modules for language. The work involves local architectural features and connectivity profiles to predict the location of language areas, with models tested for accuracy and applied to individuals with varying language skills to explore the relationship between cortical organization and language capacity.
