Description
This request is for year two (2) of a Five-Year Agreement for Repairs (maximum response time is four (4) hours for repairs) including all Parts and Labor and Scheduled Preventive Maintenance for SSRC Backup Chiller #1 located at 2585 Shumard Oak Blvd Tallahassee FL. Pricing is provided year by year as the annual cost increases incrementally over the term of the Agreement. Each Annual Agreement includes as part of the Scheduled Preventive Maintenance One (1) RTAC Annual Water Coil Cleaning with Operational Inspection and Test as well as Eleven (11) RTAC Operational Monthly Inspections.
