Description
PGXL Technologies is developing a patented, non-invasive urine-based assay for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in children. The project aims to develop a multiplexed immunoassay for screening children for OSA using urine biomarkers. The project includes integrating assays, optimizing analytical range, validating for CLIA requirements, conducting a prospective study, and developing a home urine collection kit.
