Description
Construction will begin in the summer of 2025 school year on the recently acquired 5.5 acres south of the occupied school site. The first year of construction will be an occupied campus and the second year will not (see site plan). Construction will continue while school is still in progress during the 2025-2026 school year. Demolition and construction of remaining buildings onsite will start during the 2026-2027 school year, while also leaving one existing building (12) on the south side of the property. The project is scheduled for completion in August 2028. The site has a total of 1055 students. Experience in executing a phasing plan is required.
