Description

General scope of work shall be to supply all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to provide appropriate unarmed security guard services for the locking and unlocking of comfort stations for Keauhou Small Boat Harbor, Kona Pier, Honokohau Harbor, and Kawaihae Small boat Harbors North and South. Kawaihae North Small Boat Harbor shall include the comfort station located in the parking lot next to the harbor at the end of Kawaihae Harbor Road. Both men's and women's restrooms should be locked between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, and both men's and women's restrooms should be unlocked between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven days a week. Kawaihae South Small Boat Harbor shall include the comfort station located in the parking lot next to the ramp within the new harbor in Pelekane Bay south of the main Kawaihae DOT Harbor. Both men's and women's restrooms should be locked between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week, and both men's and women's restrooms should be unlocked between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven days a week. Honokohau Small Boat Harbor shall include the North Comfort Station (between boat ramps), and the South Comfort Station (above G dock). Both North and South comfort stations (men's and women's restrooms) should be locked between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., seven days a week. The North Comfort Station (men's and women's restrooms) only should be unlocked between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., seven days a week. No unlock service is required for the South Comfort Station restrooms at this location. Kailua Pier shall include the comfort station (men’s and women’s restrooms) in the building at the entrance to the Kailua Pier. Restrooms should be locked each day between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., seven days a week. No unlock service is required for this facility. Keauhou Small Boat Harbor shall include the comfort station (men’s and women’s restrooms) located in vicinity of the boat trailer parking area near the entrance to the facility. Restrooms should be locked each day between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., seven days a week. Restrooms should be unlocked each day between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., seven days a week.
