Description
This project aims to evaluate a behavioral community-based intervention for mental health and non-communicable diseases in Nepal, delivered by community health workers, with a focus on implementation and effectiveness. The study will assess the effectiveness of BECOME on depression, anxiety, and two non-communicable diseases via a stepped-wedge cluster randomized trial, assess implementation outcomes using the RE-AIM framework, and conduct a comprehensive costing analysis to support long-term scale-up.
