Description
This project aims to develop an innovative circular RNA-based vaccine against Andes virus (ANDV) to improve the durability of the vaccine immune response. The study will compare circular RNA vaccine platforms with linear mRNA vaccines to investigate innate and adaptive immune responses and immunological mechanisms of protection. The goal is to facilitate vaccine development for ANDV and other Bunyavirales viruses.
