This procurement is for Analytical Laboratory Services under project B200307ANB. The contract was awarded to Flowers Chemical Laboratories, Inc. and Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC (formerly TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. dba Eurofins TestAmerica) for analytical laboratory services for the Natural Resource Division to perform analyses the Lee County Environmental Laboratory is not certified to perform or cannot perform due to equipment failure or natural disaster, on an as-needed basis, for an initial term of three years, with renewal options for up to three additional one-year periods. The initial award amount was not to exceed $90,000 annually. Amendments have been made to add additional EPA mandated testing and to reflect vendor name changes. The contract with Flowers Chemical Laboratories, Inc. was terminated on 5/2/2022. The contract with Eurofins Environment Testing Southeast, LLC includes an amendment increasing the contract amount by $30,000 annually, with total anticipated expenditures of $120,000.
