Description

Supply Contract for furnishing to the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) requirements of Mineral Aggregate, Crushed Stone and Gravel of various classes at pricing set forth on the attached Bid Form for the period from April 1, 2024 thru September 30, 2024 (6 months). FOB STATEWIDE. All material shall be tested by the Vendor/Contractor at the plant and certified in writing, as directed by the Engineer, as meeting ARDOT Specifications prior to being loaded into ARDOT trucks.
