Description

The Consultant will provide a professional development session that will focus on StrengthsFinder, a tool that enhances self-awareness and team effectiveness, to the teachers of Nardin Academy Middle and Lower schools. The session is designed to help teachers (K-4 and 5-8 cohorts) identify and leverage their individual strengths for personal development and team collaboration. Through structured activities and team reflection, participants will understand how their strengths contribute to collective team performance. Training structure and timing will include: • Overview (30 minutes – large group) • Cohort 1: K-4 (1 hour) • Cohort 2: 5-8 (1 hour) • Transition Time (15 minutes) The Consultant will purchase 35 StrengthsFinder 2.0 books for distribution and prepare a note for each participant on the process of taking the assessment and sharing the results.
