Tualatin Valley Water District (District) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals to provide on-call trade services for prevailing wage projects including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services in the District’s service area in and around Washington County, Oregon, under a one-year contract that can be renewed for up to two additional one-year periods.
