ITEM # E-BUILDER ENTERPRISE CAPITAL PROGRAM NEW ANNUAL E-BUILDER LICENSING FEE - - Term for the Subscription is 06-30-2025 through 06-29-2026 Justification: OCU manages approximately $150 million annually in over 50 Capital Improvement projects. OCU will acquire an E-builder account with unlimited named licenses. These licenses will be issued to the OCU Field Services Construction team, OCU Engineering, Contractors, Consultants, and EORs. This project management software will replace the existing Contract Manager and will support all aspects of documentation with project management including but not limited to submittals, change requests, change orders, payment requisitions, schedule, and reporting. ISS has approved the e-Builder software platform for Capital Planning and OCCC. OC has a Sustainable Operation and Resilience Action Plan with a short-term action to Expand project management reporting opportunities and e-builder licenses across County departments.
